1. Acceptance

By browsing this website and placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not place an order.

2. Age Restriction

Fireworks may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or above. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the products will be handled by an adult.

3. Orders and Confirmation

• An order placed on this site is a request, not a confirmed sale.
• Our team confirms availability, final price and delivery on WhatsApp before dispatch.
• We may decline or partially fulfil an order if stock has run out.
• Minimum order value is ₹500.00.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. MRP shown is the manufacturer's maximum retail price; our offer price reflects the direct factory discount. Prices may change during peak festival weeks without prior notice.

5. Delivery

• Fireworks are shipped by government approved surface carriers only.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by transport restrictions.
• Someone aged 18 or above must be available to receive the consignment.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or regulatory checks.

6. Safety and Liability

Fireworks are inherently hazardous. You are responsible for following all safety instructions printed on the product, local municipal rules and any time restrictions imposed by authorities. We accept no liability for injury or damage arising from misuse, improper storage or unsupervised handling.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once a consignment has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and code — belongs to the site owner and its developer, H-One Enterprises. It may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu.
