This is a demonstration website. No real customer data is collected, sold or shared.

When you place an order we collect only what is needed to deliver it:

Your name, mobile number and WhatsApp number
Delivery address, district and pincode
Email address, if you choose to provide one
Order contents, quantities and any remarks you add

We also store basic technical information such as your IP address for security logging in the admin panel.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process, confirm and deliver your order
To contact you on WhatsApp or phone about your order status
To maintain your order history so repeat ordering is faster
To improve our catalogue based on which products are in demand

3. WhatsApp Communication

Orders placed on this site are sent to our team through WhatsApp using a standard wa.me link opened in your own browser. Your message is transmitted through WhatsApp's own infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to ours.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use a single PHP session cookie to remember your shopping cart and your light/dark theme preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site. If Google Analytics is enabled by the site owner, standard analytics cookies may also be used.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your information. Your details are shared only with the delivery partner handling your consignment, and only to the extent required to deliver your parcel.

6. Data Security

All database access uses prepared statements, all output is escaped against cross-site scripting, forms are protected with CSRF tokens, and admin passwords are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing. Admin sessions expire automatically after one hour of inactivity.

7. Data Retention

Order records are retained for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your customer record at any time by contacting us, except where retention is required by law.
