Ordering
Add the crackers you want to your cart, open the checkout page and fill in your name, mobile number and delivery address. When you press "Place Order on WhatsApp" the order is saved in our system and WhatsApp opens with your complete order summary ready to send to our team.
No. There is no payment gateway on this site. Our team confirms your order on WhatsApp and shares the payment and delivery details with you directly.
Yes — the minimum order value is ₹500.00. This keeps transport costs reasonable for fireworks shipments.
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number before dispatch and we will update the items or quantities for you.
Delivery
We deliver across Tamil Nadu using government approved surface carriers. For other states, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering — fireworks transport is regulated and availability varies.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days within Tamil Nadu, slightly longer during peak festival weeks.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹3,000.00. Below that a nominal transport charge may apply depending on your district.
Yes. Use the Track Order page with your order number and the mobile number you used when ordering to see the live status and full timeline.
Products & Safety
Every product in our catalogue comes from a PESO licensed manufacturing unit in Sivakasi and is quality checked before dispatch.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, electrical points and any source of fire. Keep them out of reach of children and never store them inside a vehicle.
Our Kids Special and Sparklers categories are designed for low sound and low risk. Children should always be supervised by an adult, and pop pops require no fire at all.
Never re-light it. Wait at least 10 minutes, then soak it completely in water before disposal.
Returns
Fireworks cannot be returned once delivered, as required by safety regulations. If an item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it.
Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. We verify against the packing list and dispatch the missing items immediately.
Approved refunds for damaged or missing items are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.
